Mini coaxial cable vertical type double layer taping machine

用 途：

    適用于制作極細(xì)同軸線，絞合線，平行線雙層/單層連續(xù)中心繞包包帶

性能特征：             

      產(chǎn)能高:高轉(zhuǎn)速，生產(chǎn)效率是傳統(tǒng)包帶機(jī)的2.5倍

      張力穩(wěn):包帶張力自動演算追蹤，從滿盤到空盤保持恒張力，不須人工調(diào)整

      包距準(zhǔn):觸摸屏設(shè)定重疊率，PLC控制，加減速及正常工作時包帶形成點(diǎn)穩(wěn)定不動

      排線好:收線排位采用軸排式結(jié)構(gòu)，排幅排距任意設(shè)定

移動伸縮式熱熔烘烤箱，RKC溫控，溫度公差:±1℃ Auto flexible type， RKC temperature control， the temperature will controlled within ±1℃

滑塊擺桿重錘張力式動力放線，配變頻調(diào)速，設(shè)斷線保護(hù)功能

Straight line slide rail+Slider heavy hammer tension type power pay-off with Variable frequency speed regulation and set the break line protection function.

軸排式收線，線材排位過程中無推/拉力損傷，排幅排距根據(jù)線材規(guī)格任意設(shè)定

Axis-row type take up， no damage during the traversing process， distance can be set freely according the wire specification.
