隔離墩模具材質(zhì)：鋼板

隔離墩模具制作工藝：選用3-4mm厚度的鋼板經(jīng)過裁剪、焊接、打磨、噴漆成型，隔離墩模具為組裝式鋼模具，使用方便、拆模簡單、質(zhì)量有保障、外形完美。

隔離墩模具常用型號：
長度：50cm、100cm、150cm、200cm、400cm
上寬：15cm、20cm、25cm
下寬：45cm、50cm、60cm
高度：50cm、60cm、80cm、90cm、100cm、120cm，來圖加工。

隔離墩模具脫模注意事項(xiàng)：
1：水泥的強(qiáng)度，混凝土的配比要得當(dāng)；
2：混凝土的凝固時間要掌握好，一般為24小時最佳時間；
3：隔離墩模具使用前，先在內(nèi)模噴一層脫模劑或機(jī)油，可防止粘膜。
