說明：
TM-W系列水式模具控溫機主要適用于模具的加熱與恒溫。此外，還適用于其他有相同需求的領域。此系列模溫機以模具回水直接冷卻的方式，再由泵浦加壓經過電熱管高溫加熱后送到模具，來達到加熱與恒溫的要求。其優(yōu)化的設計使加熱溫度可達120°。采用精密PID溫度控制，可確保高性能的穩(wěn)定溫度控制，其溫差可控制在±1°。
The TM-W series of water heaters used to heat up the mould and maintain this temperature.Besides，they can also be used in other similar applications.High temperature water from the mould is cooled by direct cooling and then sent to the pipe heaters via high-pressue pump for heating to a constant temperature.With our optimised design，water can reach a maximum of 120°equipped and the accurate PID multi-stage temperat contr system can maintain an accuracy of ±1°。


本機特點：
1.采用全數位PID分段式控溫系統(tǒng)，在任何操作狀態(tài)下可維持穩(wěn)定的模具溫度，控溫精度達±1°；
2.多項安全裝置，當發(fā)生故障時，本機可自動偵測到異常，并有指示燈顯示異常狀況；
3.直接冷卻，冷卻效果佳，自動直接補水裝置，可快速降溫至設定溫度；
4.內部采用不銹鋼制造，高壓防爆；
5.外形設計美觀大方，便于拆卸，維修方便。
